كربيد السيليكون:
Silicon carbide multi-channel tubular structure ceramic membrane: It adopts a fluid separation process in the form of “cross-flow filtration”. The raw liquid flows at high speed inside the membrane tube. Under the drive of pressure, the clear permeate containing small molecular components passes through the membrane in a direction perpendicular to it, while the turbid concentrated liquid containing large molecular components is retained by the membrane, thus achieving the purpose of fluid separation, concentration and purification. The flow direction of the liquid is tangent to the membrane surface. The temporary covering on the membrane surface will be carried away by the fluid. The greatest advantage of membrane equipment using cross-flow separation technology is that the membrane is not prone to clogging and the equipment can operate stably for a long time.
Silicon carbide Purpose:
It is used for clarification, separation, purification, concentration, etc. of materials. Different membrane pore sizes with different filtration precisions are selected to match the filtration and separation of different liquid materials.



Technical features:
1、Silicon carbide ceramic microfiltration and ultrafiltration membranes are recrystallized and sintered at a high temperature of 2400℃. Recrystallization technology makes the surface of silicon carbide crystal particles smooth and round, with no closed pores or channels in the support layer, transition layer and separation layer, forming an asymmetric membrane structure.
2、It adopts an automatic coating design to ensure uniform thickness of each film layer, with a film layer thickness of approximately 0.12mm. Compared with the traditional oxide ceramic 20μm, it has higher wear resistance. The film layer formula design is optimized to enable the film layer to have a higher water flow rate, which is about three times that of ordinary ceramic films.
3、Every membrane leaving the factory undergoes strict inspection: its length, diameter and verticality must all pass the inspection before it can be released from the factory.

Silicon carbide ceramic films are formed through high-temperature sintering by recrystallization technology. The raw materials for the porous support layer, transition layer and film layer are all high-purity silicon carbide with the highest purity (> 99.5%), and no sintering AIDS are added. They almost inherit all the characteristics of silicon carbide materials.
